Subsea Production Umbilicals
Subsea Production Umbilicals: Used to tieback subsea production systems to fixed platforms, floating production or land based facilities, or, to other subsea production centres in daisy-chain configurations. Tie-back distances can range from less than a kilometre to over 200 km. The longer the distance and/or the larger the umbilical, the greater the weight and/or volume of the umbilical that has to be handled, stored or deployed.
